Things are starting to happen on the lake and smallmouth bite should be only a week or two away. Steelhead are being caught right now in the Narrows.
April is a great month for Float n Fly, First two weeks in May are the best for popper fishing.

The lake is still very turbid from the rain this winter, but fishing will get good in another week and will stay consistent through May. March/April are float-and-fly months and May is the best time to target smallmouth on top water!
