Fishing Reports

San Francisco Bay

Water Clarity: 1–4 feet

The fishing in San Francisco Bay is shaping up nicely, with fish actively feeding on the flats and starting to show up around the islands. There’s an abundance of bait in the system, which is always a good sign as we head into one of the most exciting stretches of the season.

Things are building, and we expect the fishing to really pop off from late October into November. With plenty of bait around and fish beginning to spread into key areas, the next several weeks are looking very promising. Now is the time to get out there, cover some water, and take advantage of the fall bite!

Late October into November is go time in the Bay.
